The journal currently does not charge any fee for manuscript submission, peer review, acceptance, or online publication.
The journal is published monthly, with twelve issues released each year.
Accepted manuscripts are scheduled for publication in an appropriate forthcoming issue after the successful completion of peer review, revision, and editorial approval.
