The journal does not charge authors any Article Processing Charge for the submission, editorial evaluation, peer review, acceptance, or publication of manuscripts.

There are no hidden or mandatory publication charges under the journal’s current policy.
The journal follows this no-fee policy to encourage high-quality research contributions from scholars, researchers, educators, professionals, practitioners, and postgraduate students from diverse academic and geographical backgrounds.
The absence of an APC does not affect the journal’s editorial standards. All manuscripts are evaluated solely on the basis of academic quality, originality, relevance, ethical compliance, methodological soundness, and contribution to knowledge.
Payment is not connected with manuscript acceptance or editorial decision-making. Editors and reviewers assess every submission independently and impartially in accordance with the journal’s peer-review and publication policies.
If the journal introduces or revises any publication charges in the future, the updated policy will be clearly displayed on the journal website before manuscript submission.
Any revised charges will apply only to manuscripts submitted after the effective date of the updated policy. Authors will not be charged retrospectively for manuscripts submitted under the no-fee policy.
